Welcome here !

I am a student in l'école des Mines de Saint Etienne since september. I can hear you saying that the town is dead, that's true : saturday,after eleven o'clock PM, you can go to bed BUT if you are in "la me", the home of the students, you just begin the night... It's a question of place.... Saint Etienne is not really beautifull, but you should walk, or run in the Pilat... If you have luck, you'll see a beautifull landscape ( I mean when there isn't any clouds.)... I come from Paris, so I always wonder when I'm in the "nature" and see mountains around me. I'm sure that the environnement of the man influences his behavious : people in Paris are so stressed, and personnally I feel much better here... I just need my cats...

So first resolution : more nature in Paris !
